샌드라이브(이하 "서비스")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 서비스가 수집·이용·보관·파기하는 개인정보 항목과 그 처리 방식을 안내합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 수집 방법

2. 개인정보의 수집·이용 목적

• 실시간 방송에 필요한 카메라·마이크 입력 처리
• 푸시 알림(방송 시작 알림 등) 발송
• 서비스 운영, 문의 응대, 공지사항 전달
• 서비스 품질 개선 및 통계 분석

이용자는 디바이스 설정에서 언제든 권한을 철회할 수 있으며, 이 경우 해당 기능 일부가 제한될 수 있습니다.

4. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

• 회원 정보: 회원 탈퇴 시 즉시 파기
• 방송 메타데이터(제목, 시각 등): 1년
• 접속 기록: 「통신비밀보호법」에 따라 3개월
• 법령에 별도 보관 의무가 있는 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관

5. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

서비스는 이용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 다음 경우 예외로 합니다.

• 이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우
• 법령의 규정에 의거하거나, 수사 목적으로 법령이 정한 절차에 따라 수사기관의 요구가 있는 경우

• 삭제 요청 (회원 탈퇴 포함)
• 처리 정지 요청
• 동의 철회

위 권리는 앱 내 설정 또는 아래 연락처로 요청 시 지체 없이 조치됩니다.

8. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법

• 전자적 파일: 복구 불가능한 방법으로 영구 삭제
• 출력물: 분쇄 또는 소각

9. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

• 비밀번호 암호화 저장 (해시)
• 전송 구간 암호화 (HTTPS/TLS)
• 접근 권한 최소화 및 접근 통제

10. 아동의 개인정보 보호

본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 회원가입을 원칙적으로 받지 않습니다.
